With over 100 transferrable skills, tools, strategies, futures and systems thinking frameworks embedded in more than 25 active learning and leadership experiences, the Inspire Citizens Future Now programs and partnerships provide students with opportunities for personal and community project development in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world.
These learning experiences support a deeper understanding of the what, why, and how of compassionate leadership and holistic global citizenship.

Use your creativity to connect your heart to your potential actions and communities. Create a bold "What If...?" possibility as a guiding question.
5. Desired Futures
Imagine your "What if..." as a real, desired future. What will we see, hear, feel, and experience in that future? Choose key elements of your envisioned future(s) to add to your Roadmap template.
6. SWOT
With the help of your experts and mentors, unpack the strengths and weaknesses of your current reality at FIS, as well as the opportunities open to your potential action and the threats it faces.
7. Current Conditions
Synthesize your SWOT analysis into relevant, current conditions to add to your Roadmap template. Consider aligning these as best as possible with your desired future conditions.
8. Pathways and Steps
Map out steps forward that can lead your current conditions to your desired futures.
9. Coaching Circles and Critical Friends
Share your ideas in small teams and receive feedback and advice.
