Consulting Services for Experiential Learning Providers

Many of our schools struggle to find the time to link our experiential learning trips to the mission and vision of our schools.  It is sometimes challenging to our mission and vision, our approaches to teaching and learning and our goals for curricular integration to vendors and service providers. 

It is equally challenging to find time to meet with vendors and service providers to plan so that our desired tools and approaches are being used during the trips/experiences, and that pre and post learning activities are designed to deepen the students’ learning experiences and our connection to the people and the place that we are exploring. 

Inspire Citizens will act as the “Teaching and Learning Liaison” between your school and our trusted collaborators who will provide the on-site experiences. 


What schools will receive for 10 hours of consulting

  • Preliminary meeting with school stakeholders to explore their vision of GCED, Service, or curricular connections in experiential learning 

  • Meeting with trip vendors and school stakeholders to design the on-site experience and ideas for pre and post learning. 

  • Meeting with trip chaperones/advisors to pre-learning sessions and reflections with the trip itinerary 

  • Meetings with trip providers to ensure that daily itineraries match the above identified learning goals

  • Time to create content for pre-learning experiences 

  • Meeting with chaperones and advisors to prepare to deliver pre-learning experiences or on-trip learning experiences and reflections.

  • Final check in with trip providers

  • A Post-Trip Reflection with Key Stakeholders to reflect on future improvements


 

Pricing

$5000 USD per trip.

$8500 USD for leveling up of two different experiences/trips.
