Students are often asked to lead clubs, projects, and initiatives, but have we truly equipped them with the tools and strategies for leadership success?
Join student leaders from international schools across LATAM to:
- Learn practical skills to find your why, design impactful action and manage your leadership initiatives
- Hear from a variety of panelists from industry
- Co-Design your leadership projects with mentorship from Inspire Citizens
- Connect with like-minded changemakers and learn from community partners through reciprocal investigation strategies
- Demonstrate your ability to make a real-world difference
- Receive a certificate of participation
Conference program
November 7: Start at 9am / November 8: Finish at 3pm
Launch & Keynotes: Inspiring talks to set the stage, introductions, inclusion and 2025 Future Scenarios.
Global Panel: Participants will connect with local community partners to learn from their experiences and perspectives, encouraging reciprocal investigation around leadership, innovation, and impact.
Core Skills Workshops (whole group):
Identifying Your Why, Exploring and designing Impactful Action, and Mapping Community Assets
Investigation Strategies and Empathetic & Reciprocal Listening
Defining Impact Criteria and Reflection Practices
Backmapping, Delegation, Collaboration, and Project Management Strategies
Student-Selected Workshops & Passion Project Development: Interactive workshops in smaller groups where students can select specific sessions to explore contextual topics, develop passion projects, and deepen skills connected to leadership, collaboration, and impact.
Project Exploration: Students will identify potential leadership initiatives and explore ways to engage in meaningful action within their local communities. Students will develop their leadership projects, applying the skills and vision from the morning sessions.
Pitch & Feedback: Students will present their potential impact projects, receive constructive peer feedback, and refine their ideas.
Reflection, Celebration & Next Steps: Students will celebrate their learning and growth as leaders, reflect on key insights and experiences, and leave with clear, actionable project plans and timelines to implement throughout the school year.
About the Host School

Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Lincoln School is a K–12 American and International Baccalaureate school. It is a caring and connected community that brings together students and families from many different cultures, languages, traditions, beliefs, and backgrounds. United by a shared mission, the Lincoln community comes together to learn, grow, and make a positive difference in the world. Their mission guides everything they do.

Some of their students stay there for athletic events.
If several schools choose to stay there, we can also look into arranging a shuttle to the conference.

Small leadership cohort (5 students): 850USD ($175pp)
Medium leadership cohort (10 students): 1500USD ($150pp)
Large leadership cohort (20 students): 2500USD ($125pp)
1 teacher per 10 students joins for free, extra teachers join at student rate
Lunches and registration for all sessions are included in the ticket price. Accommodation, transportation on site, dinners, and flights are organized directly by the participating schools. Please fill up the Expression of Interest form so we can connect you with the host school who will help you organize logistics
