Our students are asked to lead clubs, leadership groups, or projects,
but have we equipped them with the tools and strategies necessary for leadership success?
Our mission is to empower students to become changemakers through Student Leadership programs to empower students to live sustainably, and take meaningful action.
These include hands-on, personalized programs for students to explore ideas and tools for compassionate leadership, ego-to-eco mindsets, civic readiness, and futures and systems thinking that is applied and transferred into service clubs and councils, student leadership groups, MYP Community Engagmeent or CAS projects, and other kinds of capstone, service learning, personal or community projects.

Teaching investigative tools like root cause analysis, the Five Whys protocol, interviews, surveys, and data collection methods.

Equipping students with strategies for effective collaboration and planning.

Using tools to evaluate project outcomes and ensure long-term sustainability.
VII. Reflecting and Celebrating Progress
Encouraging students to reflect on their impact, share their progress, and celebrate their achievements.
What we offer
Personalized support
Designing, building, and sustaining meaningful student leadership is no easy task. We partner with schools to co-create approaches tailored to your needs, whether that’s meeting accreditation requirements or advancing your mission, vision, and strategic goals. Our support is flexible: in-person, virtual, or hybrid, and designed for staff, students, or both.
Micro Credential
Our Micro Credential offer a ready-to-use pathway for students to grow through 15 essential leadership skills. Each 4–5 week module comes with student resources, facilitator guides, and assessments, with optional coaching to deepen the experience. Schools can integrate modules flexibly, whether choosing a single badge or building toward the full certificate program.
Events/Conferences
Celebrate student voice and agency with a 1-2-day Student Leadership Conference, hosted by Inspire Citizens or student-led with our coaching and guidance.
