Students are often asked to lead clubs, projects, and initiatives, but have we truly equipped them with the tools and strategies for leadership success?
Join student leaders from international schools across Asia to:
- Learn practical skills to find your why, design and manage your leadership initiatives
- Hear from a variety of panelists from industry
- Co-Design your leadership projects with mentorship from Inspire Citizens
- Connect with like-minded changemakers
- Demonstrate your ability to make a real-world difference

Conference program
Launch & Keynotes: Inspiring talks to set the stage.
Global Panel: Industry leaders from business, politics, and social enterprise share diverse perspectives on leadership, innovation, and impact.
Visioning Workshops: Students will analyze current strengths, set meaningful goals, and articulate their “why” for student leadership, aligned with the mission and vision of local international schools and rooted in sustainable contributions to school transformation.
Skills Development: Interactive workshops to strengthen leadership skills by finding your why, design and manage projects, manage transitions.
Project Exploration: Students will identify potential leadership initiatives and explore ways to engage in meaningful action within their local communities. Students will develop their leadership projects, applying the skills and vision from the morning sessions.
Pitch & Feedback: Students will present their potential impact projects, receive constructive peer feedback, and refine their ideas.
Reflection & Next Steps: Students will reflect on their growth as leaders and leave with clear, actionable project plans and timelines to implement throughout the school year.
