Care, Aware, Able, Impact
Empathy to Impact sparks meaningful explorations and demonstrations of creative problem solving and generative co-creation of solutions for personal, local and global issues. Through developing compassion, creativity and imagination, systems and futures thinking, and by linking community assets with purposeful actions, learners connect interdisciplinary concepts, knowledge, skills, processes, and strategies to making communities more sustainable and healthy.
Our Programs and Services
Master Educator Endorsement
Take part in this dynamic, multi-media, year-long professional learning experience, work with an international cohort through futures and systems thinking, creative problem solving, Empathy to Impact design, implementing sustainable development and equity, embedding civic literacies, enhancing action, and engaging with community assets in your personalized context. Every cohort member closes with a 1-on-1 coaching practicum to take action in your classroom and school community in applying learning and the Inspire Citizens mission, vision, and culture of compassionate empathy and deeper wisdom in life and schools. You can also listen to the stories shared by our recent graduates in our Master Teacher portraitures.
Futures Media
With a growing bank of student publications such as Eco-Photography, Out of the Blocks, Debate for Impact, and our partnership with Videos for Change, Futures Media provides an open space for students everywhere to critically explore and produce informed media for the critical and compassionate exchange of ideas. Accompanying the development of Futures Media is the Empathy to Impact podcast where we capture the voices and diverse stories of international students owning their learning and impacting communities.
Student Leadership Toolkit
With over 100 transferrable skills, tools, strategies, and futures thinking frameworks embedded in over 25 active learning and collaborative leadership experiences, the Inspire Citizens Future Now toolkit and set of workshops provides students with opportunities for personal and community development in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world.
