Global Citizenship and Futures Thinking in Education: Nurturing Empowered Changemakers

Online Course

Explore what it means to be a global citizen and how that connects to our WHY as educators in this interactive learning experience. Throughout the course, we will work to develop futures thinking strategies and strategic foresight tools to explore future trends and scenarios to consider the implications for teaching and learning in schools.

Together, we'll work to answer questions like, Do we have a future without happiness? Do we have a future without nature? How do the global issues that we care about connect to the knowledge, skills and dispositions that we are developing in school, and is this empowering students to take action for themselves, their community, and the planet?

Gain the tools to inspire, change, and make a lasting impact!
